The proposal is for 87 new build residential care apartments. The apartments are designed as independent living units with high quality communal facilities.
The design has been developed to respond to the context in both massing and materiality. Expressed bays have been introduced to create rhythm and interest along the North South façade. Materials being proposed include brick, timber and traditional flint walling.
