Commercial architecture often provides Zebra’s largest projects. Current schemes include major refurbishments and extensions to Papa John’s European Headquarters, and a large regional building contractor’s Headquarters. Zebra’s innovative design creates statement architecture which is reflective of these multi-award winning companies.
Papa Johns European Headquarters, Milton Keynes
Having designed many of their UK franchises, Papa John's invited Zebra to undertake a design for their new headquarters to facilitate all European operations around their existing production facility in Milton Keynes. The scheme was inspired by a fact finding mission to Papa John's Global headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. The building will provide a fresh and corporate face for all visitors to the company.
Part new build alongside an extensive office refurbishment, full approval was obtained after working with the Papa Johns hierarchy, as well as Milton Keynes Planning Department.
Soho Road, Birmingham
Zebra Architects were commissioned to design a mixed use development, providing retail and office facilities, on the busy Soho Road in Handsworth. The area is undergoing a period of modernisation, and therefore our proposal focused on a crisp, clean palette of materials and form.
The scheme, completed in 2011, currently houses a bridal shop, bank and office-based businesses.
