Glebe Farm, currently an old barn, has been approved by the local authority for the conversion into a single, contemporary family dwelling.

Zebra are pleased to announce yet another planning approval!
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council’s planning committee have approved the conversion of the disused ‘Regis Lodge’ day centre to residential use for a mixture of 39 one and two bed apartments.
The existing one and two storey building will be retained where possible, and have additional floors built above to create a fine and much needed addition to the existing ‘edge of town centre’ living. The external skin will be given a whole new look, introducing a fresh look to the area.
The building will benefit from a private courtyard, some private gardens and direct first floor access to Birmingham Rd via a bridge link. It will be great to see this part of Blackheath and Rowley Regis coming back to life after years of being vacant!
