Progress Report.
Another glorious day to visit this beautiful barn conversion that we currently have on site. With the window installation nearly complete, the external shell appears transformed and Rob Shaw and his RDS Build team will be happy to be working in the warm for the rest of the winter months.
Claines Lane
We are very happy to announce the planning approval for the proposed development at Claines Lane Sports Ground. The scheme includes a brand new building, housing the clubhouse and changing facilities as well as new office accommodation which will serve as Worcestershire Football Association’s headquarters. The scheme also incorporates upgrades to the existing main pitch with flood lights and a new seated stand, and the creation of a brand new all weather 3G pitch. This is a really exciting project and we are looking forward to seeing it become a reality in 2019.
Reserved Matters approved!
Zebra are incredibly pleased to announce the Reserved Matters approval for a site of 39 houses in Powick, Worcestershire.
Working in conjunction with Piper Homes and Malvern Planning Department, we have a great outcome to a very comprehensive journey! The development will include some good quality open space, as well as a great range of homes. Can’t wait to see this starting on site!

We are pleased to have achieved a Reserved Matters Planning consent for a difficult site in the beautiful village of Longborough, in the North Cotswolds. This will be a flagship development for Piper Homes featuring 14 beautiful stone houses both for open market sale and to help towards the area’s affordable housing needs

Meanwhile, in our barn....
In our favourite barn, the floor has now been constructed allowing access to the newly formed upper floor. Rob is doing a fantastic job forming the rooms from the once cavernous space which has enabled our client to explore the new physical space for the first time.
Planning Approval in the Cotswolds
Several months on from our successful public consultation with the Parish and residents of Ebrington, we are extremely excited to have secured planning approval for Piper Homes for a bespoke site of 16 open-market and affordable dwellings nestling in the edge of this beautiful countryside village.
Progress Report
The barn conversion continues to excite and is now in the dry just in time for winter. The roof coverings are nearly finished and the openings are boarded up ready for the windows. The pipework for the underfloor heating system has also been fitted and the big open plan kitchen/living area is taking shape.
