Zebra VS United Living Golf Day 2019!

Zebra Architects vs United Living Great British Tee Off has had another successful year with some clients and company friends. A great day was had, the weather held out for us and team Zebra were very proud to host;

 However we have had to suffer a third year to handing over the winners trophy to team United Living!!

A great day had, thanks to all that came, supported and slogged it out all day at the very hospitable Gaudet Luce Golf Club in Droitwich. We will be back again next year to get our hands on the winning trophy!!

Listed Building Consent – Haileybury College

Zebra are delighted to announce that we’ve received Listed Building Consent for the restoration, refurbishment and upgrade of the Grade II Listed Form Room Block at Haileybury College, Hertford.  Phase 1, starting this summer will begin the transformation of the school’s flagship building into a 21st Century teaching environment suitable to deliver its outstanding curriculum, while maintaining all of its character and heritage.  We are really excited to see this one progress.

Speller Metcalfe are making great progress in building 92 dwellings, which comprises a mix of 1 bed apartments, as well as 2, 3, 4 bedroom houses for Fortis Living part of Platform Housing Group.

Latest Planning Approval!

Zebra are very pleased to announce their latest planning approval! Working alongside Fortis Living and MHDC, a planning approval has been secured for 24 dwellings at Broad Lea, Worcestershire. Comprising 1 bed apartments, a 2 bed bungalow, 2 bed houses and 3 bed houses. Set in a lovely part of the world on the western edge of Worcester, we look forward to seeing a start on site in due course.

Zebra are pleased to announce a full planning approval for a site in St Johns, Worcester for Fortis Homes / Platform Group. This site is set to be the location of 25 new affordable homes making a much needed contribution towards the affordable housing needs of the city. Looking forward to this starting on site soon!

Great News!

Stratford District Council approved another Zebra project at their Planning Committee (West).

The proposal was for 3 bungalows on a site in the lovely village of Welford-on-Avon, and was approved unanimously. We are really pleased with the outcome, and can’t wait to see the project starting on site!
