Moseley Farmhouse has been stripped back to a state never seen before, and always interesting to see this rare opportunity of how the bits of the building were fitted together back then. Amazing work by RDS Build who have progressed this so far in such a short space of time.
As if it were always there......
From our visit to Hopton Street, Worcester last month, it’s wonderful to see that these 25 new homes for Platform have integrated with their landscape and adjacent allotments as if they were always there. Looking forward to the grand opening soon.
Iceworks in baking heat
It’s great to see phase 1 of the old iceworks redevelopment completed and largely being enjoyed by their new occupants. Meanwhile phase 2 is progressing, with the 19th century structure largely remediated after large sections of rotten timber purlins were cut out and replaced with matching. Conservation rooflights have been installed to create a beautiful mezzanine space amongst the old timber structure.

Pickersleigh Grove shortlisted for Inside Housing awards.
We are delighted to see our site at Pickersleigh Grove, Malvern, delivered for Platform Housing Group and built by local company Speller Metcalfe shortlisted for the upcoming Inside Housing awards, in the Best Shared Ownership Development (Urban) category. This site of 92 affordable homes was several years in the making and it’s really satisfying to see the hard work of our team and partners recognised. A site we have be working on in Hereford is near completion! We have been working with JHD Partnership Housing on the scheme that will be completed soon providing 14 new affordable homes.

We are very pleased to see planning permission granted for our 39 house development for Floreat Homes. The proposals include a mix of high quality 2, 3 4 and 5 bed dwellings designed to create a contemporary development that draws on the rural architecture of the area.
Another two sites near completion…
Great to see two more sites which we have been working with WV Living and Harper Group in Wolverhampton almost ready for families. These 36 affordable housing will be completed imminently and will provide a mixture of open market, shared ownership and affordable rent homes.

Really pleased to get planning approval for our supported living scheme for SSH on Denmark Road in Gloucester. The scheme will provide 20 new self-contained apartments to provide a high standard of supported living accommodation, split between the existing Victorian house and a new build element to the rear with a shared courtyard garden.
