This project, carried out on behalf of Bromsgrove District Council, involves the demolition of the former Bromsgrove council house site to make way for 18 two and three-bedroom houses, 39 one-bedroom apartments, and 4 two-bedroom maisonettes available for affordable rent, private rent, shared ownership, and open market sale.
The energy-efficient homes feature underfloor heating and air source heat pumps, resulting in lower running costs and reduced utility bills. The scheme is funded by both Bromsgrove District Council and Homes England under its Local Authority Accelerated Construction Programme.
