Zebra were excited when they were appointed for the planning and technical work to redevelop the historical Ice Works building in Worcester. As a landmark site into the city this redundant building was formally used in the business of manufacturing ice blocks and cold storage.
The first phase consisted of 21 new build apartments and was completed in 2021. The next phase which is currently on site involved the original 6 storey mill building which is being converted into 35 open market apartments, this is due to complete towards the end of 2023.
