Project: PADEL Excel
Client: Padel Social Club
Location: Victoria Docks, London
Zebra designed four floating courts, complemented by a bespoke canopy structure that thoughtfully responds to the site’s context.
The canopy’s form takes inspiration from the surrounding triangular geometries of the adjacent building’s rooftop and the nearby bridge, while its roof design evokes the fluid motion of water. The project also includes an indoor cafe overlooking the docks, creating a welcoming social space. The project won a competition bid for the Excel building site.
