Zebra were involved in the feasibility and full planning approval for the extension to Papa Johns existing European headquarters to extend their existing manufacturing base and provide new office facilities.
The design offered a nod toward the Papa John’s global headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, and the layout incorporated a logical consolidation of a number of smaller, remote office facilities into one central location. Fundamental to the success of the project was a dedicated arrival point for visitors, fitting of a new national headquarters.
Zebra produced planning packs to deliver similar franchises nationwide, including Dorset, Bristol, Harrow, Manchester and Leamington Spa. Zebra were involved in the delivery of around 15 of these across the country. Following the various Planning Approvals, Papa John’s then had their own delivery team that would fit the units out and liaise directly with both Building Control and the local Planning Department for a smooth handover to the franchisee.
