Zebra were appointed for the feasibility, planning and technical work for a 140 bedroom student scheme at Bishopsgate Street, Birmingham. The building comprised a five storey block of modular room construction with Elements Europe Limited. The facade was a mix of brick, render and trespa panelling and in addition to the main block also inculpated a central pavilion building which was designed for communal recreational and working activities
