Regis Lodge is the redevelopment of a brownfield site in the Black Country providing 42 affordable housing apartments for a local registered provider.
The scheme is designed as a timber frame construction with facing materials of render, brick and profiled cladding to create a significant gateway building on the site.
The scheme is currently on site with a completion due at the end of 2023.
