The proposals are for a total of 78 new build 1 and 2 bedroomed Care Living apartments and 60 new build bungalows.
The re-development of vacant former agricultural land forms part of a larger master plan for Streethay. This plan incorporates residential areas, sports facilities, a local primary school, shops, and recreational areas.
Both the bungalows and apartments are designed as high-quality independent living units. The apartment building is designed to provide additional care support and communal facilities which will benefit the whole site and the wider community.
For this project Zebra have been involved in briefing, feasibility, developed design, the planning application documents, the detailed design and construction information.
