Zebra were appointed to undertake the feasibility and planning for the refurbishment and extension to 62-66 Whiteladies Road in Bristol to form 66 new student bedrooms. Formally the old Maskreys furniture store, the previous rear extensions were incongruous to the conservation area. Zebra worked closely with Pegasus and the city conservation team in the planning to demolish the rear extensions and provide new purpose built bedrooms and servicing whilst protecting the important façade to Whiteladies Road.
